Thursday March 30, 2023 I had the pleasure to review Air Supply at the Crouse Hinds Theatre in Syracuse NY. Not the first time i’ve seen this group, and as i expected they didn’t disappoint at all. In fact it seemed as if they gave new life to all the ballads. “A little kick” Graham Russell one of the lead singers of the group gave some fun facts about how they have did over 5000 performances. They started out in 1975, 48 long years is a long time. Very interactive with the crowd and and very appreciative of the fact we all took the time out from our lives to spend an hour or two with them.
It means a great deal to both Graham & Russell alike. Graham also reflected on his 50 year relationship with his best friend, and how they met a couple years prior singing together. Graham said he heard Russell’s voice and just had to join with him not to mention having the same name in common he just knew there was a connection. Russell very touching to have that interaction between star & crowd and the two of them are also very funny. If you’re looking for a show with great music & some fun stories check them out if they come your way. These guys even after all these years never gets old seeing them put on a show. (written by J.
