February 21st, 2026 Kegs Canal Side in Jordan, New York was home to a jam packed crowd of country music fans. The night kicked off with CNY’s rising country star Jamie Lynn. New to the scene coming off a performance back in December at kegs Jamie had powerful covers of Sara Evans “Suds in the Bucket”, Dolly Parton’s “Jolene”, Lainey Wilson’s “Somewhere Over Laredo” and Gretchen Wilson’s “Here for the Party” which she changed the lyrics to incorporate the night at Kegs. Jamie Lynn is definitely a name to watch for in the country scene.

Next up was the CNY country legend Chris Taylor and the Custom Taylor Band. He has played everywhere all around Upstate and there’s a reason he keeps playing show after show. He knows how to read the crowd and get the party going. Kicking the night off with Post Malone and Morgan Wallen “Pour me a drink” before going into his own original “Fireflies”. A mixture of country classics and future classics such as Brooks & Dunn “Red Dirt Road” Tim McGraw “Where the Green Grass Grows” Morgan Wallen “I’m the problem” before capping the night off with a crowd sing along of Darius Rucker and “Wagon Wheel”. There’s a reason Chris and Custom Taylor Band have been around for 20+ years and have many more years left in the tank.

Driven by passion

Parmalee back to Kegs and with a top tier performance, just like any other time i have seen them. Parmalee knows what the fans want and that’s exactly what they give. Parmalee consists of brothers Matt and Scott Thomas, along with cousin Barry Knox and friend Josh McSwain. The band is full of energy and all about putting on a concert like no other. Songs like “Carolina” Girl In Mine” “Take My Name” are just a few that you will hear if you see these guys live. These guys love New York and i’d be willing to bet they will be back at some point.

The connection they have with the crowd through their music is great to see. The background screens playing along as the concert was going on is a nice added touch. They also had a video of their drummer being rushed to the hospital after being shot was a tear jerker. Glad he recovered after the horrible incident. Their fanbase continues to grow and Parmalee is honored to have each and every one of them coming out to their shows.
