Little Miss Scarlett was diagnosed with cancer at 3 years old. She had Ewing Sarcoma, which is a bone cancer. Typically it’s found in long bone (legs, arms) however for Scarlett her cancer was in her skull. At five years post treatment we can now officially say she’s cured of the disease and cancer free. She got into Walker by hearing him on the radio then her cheerleading squad “Athens Wildcats” used his song “Fancy Like” dance during cheer season two years ago and she fell in love with his music and dances even more.Scarlett is now 10 years old and happy that Walker not only read her sign to the crowd but said her name. And he crowd repeated after him “Congrats Scarlett Cancer Free 5 Years” She was captured in a video with such a huge smile screaming “YES” has caught the attention of so many.Treatment (chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery) lasted for a year. Continued prayers for Scarlett and anyone else that has been affected with cancer that more and more people can be blessed with a cure.
